Job Title: Training Specialist
Job Description
This role will support the team by developing and delivering appropriate training content. This includes the ability to review current training programs and make recommendations for improving the content and delivery of the training for new hires and ongoing training needs. This role will also be responsible for the orchestration and coordination of the training programs that are already in place, making sure that they are running smoothly.

Job Type
This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s) to start. Possibility for extension.
Work Site
This is a fully remote position. Travel will be required quarterly and will be fully expensed.
Work Environment
Equipment: Provided by company; Fully Remote (with restrictions) Work schedule: 8-5 EST; Start Date: end of September.
