Master's Level in Counseling, Social work or psychology. LICSW or LPC Preferred! The Therapist will provide ground and individual counseling, conduct assessments, treatment planning and service delivery to consumers and work with the team identifying and implementing interventions to prevent hospitalization. The Therapist will be on a piece rate compensation plan designed to link your career growth and compensation opportunities to our objectives. This incentive system increases the emphasis on compensating you directly for the services rendered allowing greater flexibility and opportunities for increased compensation earnings allowing our organization to pay you fairly based upon performance. Piece rate can range from $72,800 to $114,400 annually with the opportunity for benefits including paid time off, holiday, training rate, health, dental and vision benefits with licensure supervision and ongoing certification training provided.
