This position supervises the day to day operations of our Adult Day Program. We provide day program services to adults with developmental disabilities. The Program Supervisor needs to have experience in day program settings, this includes rules and regulations regarding day program services, supervising employees, providing training to prospective and current employees. How to follow ISSP's, IP's. The Program Supervisor will be responsible to schedule and follow through with community outings for the individuals being served. In the event that a candidate doesn't possess the above listed qualifications training can be provided to ensure that the needs of the program are being met. The Day Program must be CPR, First Aid and QMAP certified. If the candidate does not have these qualifications they will be trained in these areas as well.
