Liberty Latin America E-Rate and Sales Administration Specialist in Puerto Rico
What's the role?
As an E-Rates & Sales Administrator Specialist you will be responsible for the complete administration of the sales order processes by communicating the requisitions from the Sales team to the Service Implementation, Legal and Billing Departments to find the best solution for the execution of the business.
How can you add value?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsible for reviewing, calculating and matching monthly business commissions reports including incentive and payouts, and get corresponding approval process.
Prepare and analyze daily, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports based on CRM reports.
Perform end of month reconciliation comparing revenue data from the Sales Department with Accounting’s data.
Follow up the Service Order and WEBQUOTE status with Sales Engineering
Monitor status, file and classify Sales contracts and Service order execution, as well as obtain update status of these documents during the contractual phase
Interact with local Operation team to monitor service delivery processes and track/update estimated delivery dates (RFS)
Lead in collection efforts for Past due account, interact with Sales, Finance and Legal areas in collection activities.
Keep Sales activity scoreboards and dashboards updated.
Lead and oversight the Sales Orders workflow to ensure efficient, accurate and timely completion of all processes and transactions that affect service order-to-cash management in accordance with the company’s SOP.
Support the sales team in crafting, printing, binding sales material and commercial presentations if necessary.
Collaborate with maintaining sales tools, printed materials, and digital content supplies available for the sales team.
Organize and present information in a logical and comprehensive manner.
Understand and perform SA duties and responsibilities related to forecast and Budget process and DEAL qualifications
Handle Funnel, Pipeline, Installations, Cancellations and Renewals.
Basic knowledge of the E-Rate program, willing to train and learn on the details, regulations, and procedures of E-Rate.
Keep detailed record of all proposals, documentation, and procedures regarding E-Rate.
Engage necessary teams including Product, Service Delivery, Service Assurance, Vendors, Billing, Legal Pricing and any other team where review and approvals are required.
Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty PR and LLA policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.
Other functions that may be assigned.
What do you need?
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar is required.
2-5 years of experience in sales administration or similar roles
Other Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish and English)
MS Office proficient (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Pro-active personality, able to communicate requirements to different areas.
Organized and able to understand the existing internal processes and Key components to obtain maximum efficiency.
Outstanding attention to details, and able to suggest steps and actions aimed at improving existing processes.
Capable to understand key accounting and financial concepts related to Budget, Sales and Account Receivables.
Ability to interact effectively with visitors, administration and staff.
