Available Title(s): 100I-YNCSNPS - Office Assistant 2 Business Title: Assessment and Evaluation Data Entry Office Assistant Employee Type: Classified Position Details: Summary of Duties: The Assessment and Evaluation Data Entry Office Assistant will be responsible for completing data entry work related to student assessment data, written exam questions and inputting the information into the Learning Management System. Under the direction of the AEC Assistant Director, this position will support the Evaluation Unit in building surveys and proofreading documents and reports. *It is preferred that this position is located on the WSU Spokane campus but there may be the ability to work a in hybrid or a fully remote capacity. Essential Job Functions: 70% Assessment Form Support 25% Assessment and Evaluation Item Support 5% Other Required Qualifications: High School graduation or equivalent and one year of clerical experience; OR equivalent education/experience. Additional Requirements: • Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel. • Ability to keep student assessment data confidential and meet the requirements of FERPA. • Ability to organize, track, monitor and follow up on multiple tasks in a prioritized manner. • Provides attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience executing established process flows Additional Information: Area/College: Elson S. Step M is typically a longevity step.
