As a member of the Bentley Infrastructure Cloud UX team, you will use your knowledge and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our infrastructure asset information management solutions, ensuring they are not only functional but also delightful to use.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, fellow UX Designers, subject matter experts, and of course, users to deliver highly impactful, integrated, yet modular cloud-based solutions that help millions of engineering roles and infrastructure owners/operators all over the world.

In your role you will:

• Contribute to the UX strategy and alignment with business goals for our infrastructure asset information management solutions.

• Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the scope in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

• Oversee the design work on a product, ensuring the continuous improvement of the user experience.

• Create prototypes and designs of different fidelity that corresponds to immediate product and discovery needs

• Conduct, oversee and contribute to user research activities and translate user research findings into actionable insights and design improvements.

• Contribute to the existing design system and ensure that designs are consistent with it.

• Mentor and coach UX colleagues, fostering a culture of design excellence.

We expect you to have:

• A professional portfolio displaying skills, with particular emphasis on problem-solving.

• Proficiency in general UX design competences and an eye for detail.

• Hands-on experience with different user research methods.

• Ability to communicate design rationale to the diverse audience of engineering and business stakeholders.

• Skills for interpreting detailed software engineering concepts and being able to design within known limitations.

• Great command of Figma.

• Proficiency in rapid and high-fidelity prototyping.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

   

Additional points for:

• At least basic familiarity with infrastructure field, specifically in linear network asset management.

• Proven track of record of managing design work in an enterprise environment.

• Experience in designing complex enterprise software products for different platforms in B2B environment.

• Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience, or related field.
