Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Simulate customer's enquiry, using PRO-II, HTFS.

• Carry-out column hydraulic designs using proprietary Sulzer software.

• Perform Technically convincing activities for customer for the proposal that sale has made.

• Carry-out column internals designs for given Feed composition & vapor liquid loads using proprietary softwares.

• Prepare Preliminary Sketch /revamp arrangement Sketch of distillation column and it's internals for Engineering Department.

• Check GA drawings made by Engineering Department before sending to the customer from Process fitment point of View.

• Assist Sales Department for pre-order technical information as required by customer.

• Seek Principal's guidance, advise, help on case-to-case basis as and when required.

• Support sales department in developing new applications.

• Conduct training Programs for coworkers.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Person should have completed BE in Chemical with 10+ years of relevant work experience into refineries/petrochemicals only.

• Skilled in simulation for design of column internals for C&P applications.

• Tray packaging & separator hydraulics.

• Basic engineering design capabilities.

• Application/process knowledge.

• Proficiency in handling vendor package item.

• Business acumen, communication skills, drive for results

• Location: Akanksha Office - Kharadi, Pune
