Description We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in the construction industry, situated in Puyallup, Washington, 98373, United States. The role of the Full Charge Bookkeeper involves maintaining financial records, handling payroll, and conducting monthly tax reporting. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions

• Coordinate and manage certified and union payroll operations

• Conduct monthly reporting on taxes

• Liaise with CPA for the submission of financial documents

• Oversee the execution of accounting functions and ensure their accuracy

• Utilize QuickBooks for various bookkeeping tasks

• Employ Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze financial data

• Use ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial processes

• Handle cash flow analysis and annual budget preparation

• Operate Computerized Accounting System for efficient record-keeping

• Demonstrate accountability in managing financial tasks

• Exercise decision-making skills in financial matters. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of Computerized Accounting System

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures

• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) procedures

• Capable of managing Annual Budget

• Experience in Cash Flow Analysis

• Proficiency in QuickBooks

• Experience with Certified Payroll
