Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Distribution & Logistics Teams manage the efficient flow of goods, services and information between point of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements or internal business objectives. They create integrated processes among internal functions such as operations, purchasing and logistics, and outside suppliers. They also focus resources on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through various production processes, and establish key performance metrics and benchmarks relating to supply chain planning/forecasting to measure actual performance against goals on a regular basis.

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities：

1.Outbound shipments handling and following up:

Operate the outbound shipments in SAP according to SAP procedure in order to ship timely and correctly;

Communicate with internal sections, customers and forwarders or brokers in order to ship out or deliver the products timely and safely;

Issue RMAs in order to get products returned in time and safely;

Provide data to team leader as required; Follow other instructions from unit chief.

2.Export Customs Maintanence:

Operate foreign currency written-off, make sure the documents returned from brokers and distributed in time, complete ETR and other documentation work required by financen in order to support finance's rebating.

3.Internal Reports:

Making reports or provide data to team leaders as instructed in order to support data reporting.

Requirements:

1. College diploma, better majored in logistics or trading;

2. Good English (band 6 or above);

3. At least 1 year imp&exp/shipping related experience;

4. Know SAP, muti-international enterprise background or plant experience is privilege.
