Summary You will serve as a LEAD EXPERIMENTATION TEAM in the MARINE CORPS WARFIGHTING LABORATORY of MARINE CORPS COMBAT DEVELOPMENT CMD. Responsibilities You will serve as the lead planner for all Team efforts as well as supervising and managing the 9-person experiment team. You will oversee the execution of each experiment in the field issuing orders, direction, plans and methodologies to a wide and varied group of active duty military, reserves, government and contract personnel. You will lead and direct the functioning of the experiment control site ensuring all assigned personnel are executing their missions and responsibilities. You will work with the Analysis and Assessment Team to identify subjective and objective data and associate this data with experiment objectives in order to answer the questions and make recommendations. You will evaluate individual contractor performance and assigns numerical grades and makes subjective comments for discussions with the contracting company during quarterly reviews. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Identifying/developing scenarios, creating hypothesis, supporting objectives, ensuring data collection/analysis plan is accurate AND exercising creativity, initiative, originality/sound judgement in the resolution of complex planning, coordination and programmatic issues.
