IBM SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant in QUEZON CITY, Philippines

Introduction

We are looking for a seasoned SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant with at least 5 years solid experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Payroll module for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering high-quality payroll solutions to our clients using SuccessFactors Payroll. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Your role and responsibilities

Configure and implement SuccessFactors Payroll module for clients, including setup of payroll rules, earnings, deductions, and benefits * Analyze client requirements and design payroll solutions that meet their business needs * Develop and maintain technical documentation of payroll configurations and setups * Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide demos, and conduct training sessions * Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, including data integration and interface issues * Stay up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors Payroll releases, features, and best practices * Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and meet client expectations * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Required technical and professional expertise

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * At least 5 solid years of experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Payroll module * In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Payroll, including its features, functionality, and best practices * Strong understanding of payroll processes, including tas, compliance, and regulatory requirements * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients * Strong documentation and presentation skills * Certification in SuccessFactors Payroll or equivalent is a plus

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Experience with other HR systems, such as SAP HCM or Oracle HCM * * Experience with data integration and interface development using APIs, flat files, or other integration tools * SF ECP experiance with US, CA and UK
