What You Will Contribute: Are you a skilled assembler looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents and contribute to a thriving company? At Badger Meter, we are on the lookout for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as an Assembler II. If you have a passion for precision, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to excel, this is the perfect role for you! This will be a first shift (7am-3:30pm M-F) role at our clean, air-conditioned facility in Racine. The Assembler II is responsible for assembling parts according to specified Work Instructions and/or Drawings and exhibits the ability to effectively complete critical component assemblies. This position may be required to rotate throughout the facility in a variety of assembly tasks. Job Duties: * Use basic Hand, battery, electric and pneumatic powered tools to complete assemblies. * Use circular saws, deburring tools to complete modified assemblies. (Utility and Flow Only) * Use laser etcher, dot peen etcher and engraver to complete modified assemblies to customer specifications. (Utility and Flow Only) * Calibrate gas to test sensors.
