We are excited to extend an opportunity for a Senior Accountant to join our team located in Racine, Wisconsin. As a Senior Accountant, your role will be integral to our financial operations, focusing on account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, analysis, budgeting and forecasting, grant accounting, alongside utilizing QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and report on findings

• Implement and manage budgeting and forecasting activities

• Execute grant accounting tasks in a timely and efficient manner

• Reconcile various accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting

• Ensure the accuracy of customer credit records and take appropriate action when necessary

• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts.

Requirements • Possession of strong skills in Account Reconciliation and the ability to effectively manage financial discrepancies.

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring all financial obligations of the company are met in a timely manner.

• Competency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR), monitoring incoming payments from external parties.

• Demonstrated ability in performing detailed financial Analysis to support decision-making processes.

• Proficient in Budgeting and Forecasting, capable of developing comprehensive financial plans for the company's future expenses and revenues.

• Experience in Grant Accounting, with the ability to manage and report on funding received from grants.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks, with the ability to efficiently manage and keep track of company's financial records.
