HSE Field Supervisor
As an HSE Field Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing health, safety, and environmental efforts in the field. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety for our employees, compliance with environmental regulations, and the implementation of best practices in field-related safety. You will report directly to our HSE Manager and you'll work out of one of our Honeywell locations on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact our organization by ensuring the safety and well-being of our field employees and promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage health, safety, and environmental efforts in the field
Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
Develop and implement proactive safety measures and policies
Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of experience in HSE field
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities

Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field
