Job Description

As an Oracle Integration PaaS Cloud Engineer, you will take on a strategic leadership role in managing complex Day 2 operations for enterprise clients. You will guide teams in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related technologies. Your responsibilities will span technical delivery, client engagement, and ensuring operational excellence.

You will be a key technical advisor, ensuring the success of large-scale integrations while collaborating across diverse teams and stakeholders. As a senior individual contributor, you will act as a mentor, set standards for integration best practices, and lead the team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Preference is for people in CA, NJ or NC, but people located in other US states will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include supporting Customer Success Services (CSS) customers Paas4SaaS implementations and building critical business process improvement, monitoring, support, and regression testing of the end-to-end customer Paas4SaaS cloud deployments. Will accelerate consumption in high potential customer accounts by providing deep technical expertise. Will assist in deployment of projects, run, and maintain of cloud deployments, creation, and delivery of technical content, with a dedicated focus on Oracle SaaS & PaaS cloud services. Will assist engineering efforts for building tools including feature evaluation, feature selection, automation of tasks, visualization, monitoring and integration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in development, support, integration, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of expertise in delivering integration, OIC or API-based solutions.

  • Hands-on experience leading multiple full lifecycle projects using OIC and API products.

  • In-depth knowledge of integrating SaaS applications and on-premises software.

  • Proficiency in web services, XML technologies, SOA, and RESTful services.

  • Proven ability to architect and design solutions for enterprise-scale clients.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DevOps tools, automation frameworks, and end-to-end delivery of integration solutions.

  • Hands-on expertise with Oracle VBCS, PCS, MFT CS, BPEL, OSB, and B2B.

  • Experience with BI reports.

  • Experience with PL/SQL and Database concepts.

  • Experience in Oracle SaaS.

  • Experience with WebLogic Server Administration.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing Day 2 operations, including continuous improvement and issue resolution.

  • Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to the evolution of technical standards and best practices.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $38.03 to $76.06 per hour; from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
