Job Description Summary

Highly motivated Program Manager will execute and deliver programs enabling key strategic real estate initiatives that align to client goals. The Program Manager ensures proper coordination of new program workstream activities, objectives, timeline, implementation, and stabilization. The Program Manager is also responsible for managing and improving established recurring programs.

Job Description

From Day 1, the Program Manager is given ownership and the autonomy to think strategically and make data driven decisions, along with the ability to drive significant impact to the customer experience and the business. This role requires working across all on-account functional areas including Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Procurement, Integrated Portfolio Management, and Account Operations. This role will be highly visible to key client stakeholders.

This position requires a proactive, “out of the box” thinker with effective, executive level communications with client's leadership and within each internal line of business. It will involve outlining program scope, aligning key stakeholders, identifying/escalating/mitigating risk, holding teams accountable and delivering succinct reports reflecting program status. Simplification in the process is valued at any time, and the individual in this role is empowered to rapidly make necessary changes, committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace where innovation and collaboration thrive.

Key Responsibilities

These responsibilities are illustrative of the key areas of focus for the first several years of the client contract. The key areas of engagement for this role will evolve as the contract progresses and client priorities develop. The role will be dynamic and the individual who fills this role should be comfortable with juggling multiple priorities and managing through influence.

  • Responsible for managing annual best in class client Global Playbook Governance Program involving 18 service lines that sets forth documentation standards and maintenance routines to ensure each line of service’s Global Playbook aligns to its respective SOW and is fully auditable

  • Coordinate and successfully execute multiple key strategic initiatives for Cushman & Wakefield's most complex full-service real estate account, ensuring that all contractual deliverables are achieved

  • Support client self-identified audit projects, adhering to milestones and ensuring all deliverables are met for successful audit closure

  • Monitor, track, and report overall Program progress; identifying potential risks with business and service line leaders to identify mitigation strategies

  • Ensure strong linkage, support and communication with client's leadership and within each internal line of business

  • Facilitate the collection of best practices, tools and resources to ensure effective project execution and account transformation

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

  • 10+ years of experience in a Program/Project/Change Management and/or Real Estate services

  • Six Sigma, PMP Certification, PROSCI and/or other change management training

  • Intermediate to advanced level sills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Visio

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills

  • Experience influencing stakeholders at executive level, and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to deliver results

  • Demonstrates a history and passion for delivering results and building trust with leadership and peers

  • Thrives in an agile and fast-paced environment on highly visible projects and initiatives, has a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership in dynamic business situations

  • Self-driven. Prioritizes tasks effectively to meet deadlines with minimal supervision

  • Innovative, forward thinking, comfortable with going deep and wide

  • Excellent problem-solving skills. Handles ambiguity comfortably.

  • Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.

  • Works effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and safe-space for all ideas

  • Has a desire to grow professionally as the role’s responsibility grows rapidly with the business

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $119,000.00 - $140,000.00
