Hose & Rubber Supply is a regional company in the Rocky Mountain West with six store locations over five states. As the Credit Manager, you would be accountable for all functions of the Credit Department. The Credit Manager ensures appropriate credit risk, implements and maintains customer-friendly processes, monitors and makes necessary adjustments to factors that affect cashflow receipts, develops personnel in customer service skills, and implements Credit Department projects.

This is a full-time position with benefits at our accounting department in Randolph, UT.

The Credit Manager duties include, but are not limited to:

• Accountable to handle directly or through subordinates the Key Activities Performed from the Accounts Receivable Clerk function (such as customer account maintenance, processing customer payments, customer collections)
• Develop and train Accounts Receivable personnel
• Accountable for assigning and reviewing customer credit limits
• Implement and maintains customer-friendly processes
• Monitor and make necessary adjustments to factors that affect cashflow receipts
• Oversee the implementation and timely completion of credit projects

The job requires:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or CBF or CCE Certification preferred
• Prior manager and credit experience
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks timely
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service heart and skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
