Oracle Financing Sales Representative IV - Sales in READING, United Kingdom

Job Description

The Senior Sales Representative will work with a broad team to bridge Oracle and customer financial, operational and business requirements. S/he will contribute to the further development of an efficient, flexible business platform for servicing tailored financial structures. S/he will work across functions (i.e., legal, operations, pricing and executive management) to steward financial relationships that enhance the Oracle customer experience over time while growing and accelerating Oracle revenue opportunities.

In this role, day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • S/he will be in charge of achieving assigned sales and business objectives in compliance with Oracle policies and practices (e.g., revenue recognition, pricing, credit, structure, legal etc…)

  • Have an understanding of cloud economics, able to develop and present financial cases to senior financial and business execs

  • Incorporating emerging cloud accounting principles

  • Working with various stakeholders to bring new financial solutions to market, developing new sales plays.

  • Actively supporting Oracle in the evaluation of complex business requirements and the development & presentation of solutions to customers and Oracle sales executives

  • Contract negotiation and closing business

  • Developing new financial sales and structure methodologies based on individual client requirements and evolving financial and accounting principles

Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Business, Finance or Economics

  • 5+ years of sales experience in IT, financial services, asset management or consulting/auditing firms

  • Strong presentation skills; proven ability to sell to executive-level customers

  • Knowledge of credit, financial, and accounting concepts and experience with financial structuring and pricing would be a plus

  • Able to manage and control activities in multi-functional areas of sections and ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate business needs.
