Description

We are currently providing an opportunity for a HR Coordinator! This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, where you will be tasked with managing employee cases, coordinating accommodations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining proper documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Handle employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies, benefits, and other employment matters

• Review and process different types of HR requests

• Ensure that HR practices comply with federal and state laws

• Document and maintain records accurately

Requirements

• Proficiency in FMLA

• Experience in providing ADA Accommodations in accordance with legal requirements

• Familiarity with the workings of Shared Services is a must
