salary: $17 - $19 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support for all aspects for the operations department.

  • Audit all paperwork as related to operations.

  • Provide daily support to various computer systems such as: SAP, DOJM, R2, Mobile Dispatch (CAD).

  • Work on various reports and provide communications to internal and external customers.

  • Support operations with various tasks relating to scanning and importing completed main job packets, data entry, ing for and processing permits, contacting PA one call, and placing orders for restocking, invoicing, creating purchase requisitions.

  • Perform daily data entry into the payroll system ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll information for hourly field employees.

  • Proficient computer skills with MS Office.

  • Experience with Oracle, WebTop, Mobile Up and SAP preferred.

  • Ability to read maps.

  • Knowledge of PA1 call helpful.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.

  • Ability to perform data entry of timesheet and payroll information.

  • Knowledge of ing for permit helpful.

  • High School diploma.
