We are seeking a hands-on production supervisor to join our team in Reading, PA . This would be a direct hire, full time position that would bring responsibilities of ensuring safety, leading, mentoring and coaching your team. Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Effective written and verbal communication

• Problem solver, good listener, analytical

• 3 years direct supervisory experience in manufacturing environment

• Plastics, recycling or extrusion a plus!

• Mechanical/Electronic background a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Be and expert and point of contact during shift

• Coordinate activities on shift and between shifts

• Coordinate efforts and collaborate with quality and shipping and receiving

• Manage departmental performance metrics

• Continuous improvement

• Perform employment evaluations

• Drive teamwork, be a good example

• Maintain proficiency in NAV, SAP, BHS, Wash-line, Wastewater, Pelletron and other key production systems

• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Details: $63,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
