We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the AI capabilities of Nonprofit partners across the Americas. This involves a blend of strategic and operational support, focusing on skilling engagements to ensure partners are well-versed in AI fluency, Copilot for M365, Azure Open AI, and Security.
Responsibilities
Analyze the skilling needs of partner organizations.
Develop comprehensive training plans in collaboration with Training Service Partners.
Empower organizations and their beneficiaries with essential AI skills.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations.
Engage with end users, developers, and C-suite stakeholders.
Ensure satisfaction and demonstrate the value of AI solutions.
Promote and gain buy-in for complex programs.
Utilize data and performance metrics to showcase program value.
Tailor communication and storytelling to the audience's needs.
Maintain a pipeline of potential training engagements.
Forecast and track these opportunities, aligning them with strategic priorities.
Communicate key messages clearly to both technical and business audiences.
Articulate the value proposition of AI skills investments effectively.
Lead or contribute to project portfolios, managing timelines, milestones, and resources.
Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
Work with various internal teams to design and deliver compliant programs.
Produce and leverage collateral to meet business objectives.
Collect and track success criteria and performance metrics.
Use data analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Essential Skills
Minimum 5 years experience with Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer).
Minimum 5 years experience with Data Analytics.
Minimum 5 years experience with skilling content, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other related technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey key messages clearly and persuasively to both technical and business audiences.
Proven expertise in developing and implementing skilling strategies.
Strong organizational and event management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A track record of successful partner engagement and support.
Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
Familiarity with Power BI and other data tools.
Strong project planning skills, including managing project plans, timelines, milestones, financial management, performance metrics, and resource needs.
Experience delivering technical workshops and training sessions.
Strong understanding of data management, analytics, AI, and application development.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment
The work environment includes collaborating with various internal teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and skilling teams. You will work with advanced technologies, including Azure Open AI and Power BI, and will be responsible for managing project portfolios and training engagements. The role requires effective communication with both technical and business audiences, including C-level executives. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, providing opportunities to engage with nonprofit partners across the Americas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
