PACE Staffing Network Associate Project Manager in Redmond, Washington
Are you a self-motivated project manager with a knack for driving results in regulated environments? Join our medical device-industry client in their Emergency Care team as an Associate Project Manager. In this role, you'll utilize project management techniques to support business systems and regulatory/compliance projects that ensure products are available across multiple countries.
This is an individual contributor role with the autonomy to work independently and the opportunity to make a significant impact on global operations.
What You'll be Doing...
- Project Management - Support moderate-complexity projects or sub-projects under general supervision. Assist in defining and managing project scope and timelines, including Gantt chart creation and workstream outlines.
- Develop and maintain project charters, budgets, and Quality Plans.
- Risk Management - Create and manage risk registers and response plans for sub-projects. Monitor and mitigate project risks effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Build trust with stakeholders and maintain clear communication channels. Prepare stakeholder and communication management plans.
- Team Collaboration - Define roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for cross-functional teams. Partner with project teams to ensure seamless execution and results.
- Utilize tools like MS Project, SharePoint, and Planview to track progress and maintain records.

Here's what your work history needs to show as evidence that you're the right candidate...
- 2+ years of professional experience in project management, preferably in regulated environments, particularly medical devices.
- Confidence in consolidating data, managing risks, and presenting conclusions effectively.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, free of personal bias.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or Trello).
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and meeting facilitation.
- Knowledge of EU MDR and/or FDA medical device requirements.

Here's the important details:
- Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid -- 3 days onsite/week)
- Contract Length: 12-months
- Pay Rate: $65-$75 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Compliance: You must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree. PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred but not mandatory.
