What You'll Do:

• Be the Key to Operations: Manage day-to-day facility operations, keeping everything running like clockwork.
• Safety First: Conduct regular safety inspections to maintain a secure, accident-free environment for all.
• Coordination Extraordinaire: Oversee maintenance requests, janitorial services, office space planning, and more, making sure our space is always functional and comfortable.
• Vendor Liaison: Work directly with vendors for services and repairs, ensuring our facility remains in top shape.
• Your Impact Matters: As the go-to person for all facility needs, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and high-performing environment for everyone.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1-2 years in a facilities coordination, maintenance, or related role, with a desire to take on a leadership role.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Able to quickly assess challenges and find practical, efficient solutions.
• Strong Communication: Collaborate with vendors and team members alike with a positive, proactive approach.
• Attention to Detail: You're meticulous and nothing slips through the cracks.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and eager to learn new systems.
