Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 3, you will be part of the Customer Support on Success (CSS) team supporting various software projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and extensive experience in project management which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 3

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hr

What's the Job?

• Collaborate with development teams on backlog prioritization.

• Triage and resolve bugs to enhance software quality.

• Manage feature backlog and ensure timely delivery of projects.

• Engage with users for light troubleshooting and support.

• Promote community engagement and evangelize tools developed by the team.

What's Needed?

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, particularly in software development.

• 5-7 years of experience in Power BI, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong communication skills and a good cultural fit within a diverse team.

• Experience with AI tools and software project management.

• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
