ManpowerGroup Program Manager Tech 3 in Redmond, Washington
Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 3 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 3, you will be part of the Customer Support on Success (CSS) team supporting various software projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and extensive experience in project management which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager Tech 3
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $55/hr - $60/hr
What's the Job?
Collaborate with development teams on backlog prioritization.
Triage and resolve bugs to enhance software quality.
Manage feature backlog and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Engage with users for light troubleshooting and support.
Promote community engagement and evangelize tools developed by the team.
What's Needed?
5-7 years of experience in project management, particularly in software development.
5-7 years of experience in Power BI, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills and a good cultural fit within a diverse team.
Experience with AI tools and software project management.
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
