Our client, a leader in innovative technology, is seeking a UX Researcher IV to join their team. As a UX Researcher IV, you will be part of the research team supporting cutting-edge product development. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in cross-functional collaboration which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Design and conduct user studies that integrate both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to push the boundaries of AR/VR product development.
Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform product strategy.
Manage research projects in a fast-paced environment, adapting plans as needed.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration to ensure user insights are effectively integrated into product design.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience developing and leading complex mixed methods user studies.
Strong skills in qualitative research methodologies, including in-depth interviews and usability testing.
Proficiency in survey design and quantitative UX methods.
Experience in cross-disciplinary collaboration within product development teams.
