Job Description
Oracle Applications Labs (OAL) Organization is responsible for implementing, developing and supporting the applications that allow Oracle to run its business. Within OAL, our group utilizes the latest Oracle cloud technologies to develop the integration and data migration solutions associated with the roll-out of new products and business processes, and the integration of companies acquired through our Mergers & Acquisition program. By utilizing the latest technologies in the cloud domain, we are involved in large scale data migrations into Oracle’s latest generation of SaaS applications.

Responsibilities
As a member of OAL Data Migration team, you will collaborate closely with global business teams to gather requirements and independently design robust migration solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing system integration components within Oracle Cloud and optimizing complex database code to enhance performance during migration activities. The role encompasses working on challenging, multifaceted projects that span the entire development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, testing, and implementation.
You will contribute to developing innovative applications that enhance the speed, quality, and efficiency of data migrations, leveraging the latest Cloud-native OCI technologies and Oracle’s autonomous database platform. Additionally, you will play a key role in executing data migrations as part of new system implementations or corporate acquisitions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate from a reputed university, with a proven academic record.
Minimum of 10+ years of IT experience with a strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud technologies.
Experience working with Oracle SaaS applications (CX, ERP, EPM, SCM and HCM) is preferred. Especially integration experience using bulk loaders (FDBI, File Import) and API’s (REST and SOAP)
Familiarity with Oracle databases, including SQL, PL/SQL, DML, and APEX, is advantageous.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure components and JavaScript is advantageous.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in engaging with business owners to gather and analyse detailed requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project objectives.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $80,500 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
