CACI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle APEX Application Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Oracle APEX development projects and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications. This role involves providing technical expertise, conducting feasibility analyses, optimizing performance, and ensuring the highest standards of data integrity and security.

Responsibilities

  • Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle APEX applications, develop code in Oracle (PL/SQL)

  • Data Management: Perform complex data analysis and manipulation to support business intelligence and reporting needs.

  • Production support: Troubleshoots production issues across business areas and across some different technologies.

  • Performance Optimization: Optimize database and application performance, including tuning PL/SQL code and indexing strategies.

  • Integration and Automation: Implement reliable and efficient data integration and automation services.

  • Agile Development: Work within an agile development environment, utilizing agile methodologies and practices.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with business clients, IT staff, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement improvements.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of data structures, queries, reports, and development processes. Develops and institutionalizes software user manuals and technical reports.

  • Quality Assurance: Manage quality assurance and testing efforts to ensure the reliability and performance of applications. Security and Compliance: Ensure applications adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.

  • Continuous Improvement: Apply business process improvement practices and re-engineer methodologies to enhance application development and deployment processes. Recommends changes in data structures to support data integrity, reporting accuracy, and acceptable performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in PL/SQL, Oracle RDBMS,

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle APEX development

  • Familiarity with standard business processes and reporting.

  • Agile minded with the ability to decompose complex projects into executable pieces.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

  • Web Technologies: Proficiency in web technologies used with Oracle APEX, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful Web Services.

  • JIRA experience • Ability to learn and apply functional concepts very quickly.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Experience with developing replacement systems and meeting user expectations and implied requirements.

  • Experience with HighView

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
