INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Consultant Level IV (Program Support) to support the Human Resources Line of Business (HRLOB) and Human Resources Quality Services Management Office (HR QSMO) contract with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead multiple complex HC and HRIT projects across various federal agencies
Develop and implement strategic HC solutions aligning with OPM's long-term objectives
Provide high-level technical guidance in the development and evolution of the HC-FIBF
Oversee large-scale HR IT modernization initiatives across multiple agencies
Lead cross-agency working groups to develop and implement HC standards and best practices
Serve as a key advisor to the HR QSMO in strategy development and marketplace management
Direct comprehensive data analytics programs to drive evidence-based HC decision-making
Manage relationships with senior stakeholders across federal agencies and shared service providers
Lead the development of complex, multi-year HC transformation strategies
Oversee the integration of emerging technologies into federal HC management practices
Provide expert testimony to congressional committees on federal HC matters when required
Lead the development of government-wide HC policies and performance standards
Manage large, diverse teams of HC and IT professionals across multiple projects
Develop and implement risk management strategies for complex HC transformation initiatives
Lead change management efforts for large-scale HC and HRIT implementations
Serve as a subject matter expert in resolving complex, cross-agency HC challenges
Oversee the development of innovative training and development programs for federal HC professionals
Lead efforts to ensure compliance with evolving federal security and privacy requirements in HC systems
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key technology vendors and service providers
Provide mentorship and professional development guidance to junior and mid-level consultants
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields.
Experience: Eight or more years of progressive experience in Human Capital management, with at least three years in a leadership role. Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Required Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP)-Certified, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
