As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.
Job Summary:
The Field Logistics Coordinator I is responsible for auditing invoices, collecting back-up documentation, project close-out and reconciliation, and other related tasks. Works closely with the Field Logistics lead, Service Manager, and Resource Managers to ensure proper timecard reporting and provide KPI reporting as applicable. Works as part of the team to drive accurate financial and project reporting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive project close-out processes and project financial reconciliation, including verification of all hours, per diems, expenses, and rates; input support tickets as necessary to resolve any systems issues affecting proper project billing
Perform Project Back-up functions, which includes collecting signed Timesheets and Expenses receipts from
Field Employees, verifying that back-up is accurate, and facilitating any customer concerns
Create and maintain project back-up tracking spreadsheets to include tracking of technical report submissions and PowerNow auditing
Prepare reporting as necessary for financial pacing which includes UBS management, AR resolution, and tracking of PO spend
Provide timecard visibility to SMs and RMs through reporting from Tableau and SAP
Support Service Managers with all 3rd party POs through Ariba and coordination with outside vendors
Partner with sourcing to work with local, approved businesses to reduce cost and maximize flexibility during high facility utilization
Partner with tooling organization to bill tooling and provide back-up in a timely and accurate manner
Support with project set-up as needed, including initial project creation ticket as well as periodic project updates
Work with Service Managers to meet expectations on job assignments, training, travel, PPE and other tasks as needed
Provide support as needed for KPI reporting
Travel may be required
Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments

Required Qualifications & Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent
English proficiency required
Desired Characteristics:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management from an accredited university or college
Experience in operations or project management including quality, technical, administrative, financial, and contractual
Ability to analyze and synthesize reporting from various data sources
Strong problem-solving ability, including proactively finding and tackling problems
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Strong written and oral communication skills
Critical thinking ability
Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and be very results-oriented
Ability to take direction and prioritize while being in a matrixed organization
