Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by overseeing and coordinating various tasks, scheduling meetings, taking notes, and managing filing systems.

Education and Experience

  • An associate's degree is required.

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is required.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistance within the medical field is preferred.

Skills

  • Familiarity with administrative and office procedures, including word processing and file and record management.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.

  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at the same time.

  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Job Duties

  • Prepare and distribute reports or other communications on a regular schedule.

  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports within Microsoft SharePoint.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, which may include travel arrangements.

  • Attend meetings to take minutes.

  • Provide clerical support to other departments.

  • Monitor and document tasks assigned to the management team.Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • Gather and organize data and reports related to task progress.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

  • Assist with and complete tasks assigned by the management and executive team.
