Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by overseeing and coordinating various tasks, scheduling meetings, taking notes, and managing filing systems.
Education and Experience
An associate's degree is required.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint is required.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative assistance within the medical field is preferred.
Skills
Familiarity with administrative and office procedures, including word processing and file and record management.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal abilities.
Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Job Duties
Prepare and distribute reports or other communications on a regular schedule.
File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports within Microsoft SharePoint.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, which may include travel arrangements.
Attend meetings to take minutes.
Provide clerical support to other departments.
Monitor and document tasks assigned to the management team.Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure clarity and alignment.
Gather and organize data and reports related to task progress.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Assist with and complete tasks assigned by the management and executive team.
