In this role you will facilitate and perform the day-to-day activities of various risk management and controls assessment to ensure business objectives are met in accordance with business needs and Enterprise goals specific to Crisis Response events and Crisis, Business and Technical Resliliency exercises.

  • Build and maintain a sustainable process for operational risk management; identifying, assessing, and responding to various organizational risks that could affect the achievement of business objectives.

  • Collaborates closely with business owners and project teams to increase awareness and understanding of risks and assist in the development, assessment and monitoring of mitigation plans for operational risks, to ensure they are managed to an acceptable level.

  • Facilitates the identification and evaluation of process risks with business areas based on an assessment of the control environment. Works with business areas to enhance controls or develop action plans to address risks.

  • Works with business areas and process owners to ensure that risk related documentation is clear and accurate and develops processes and procedures to ensure documentation is properly maintained in accordance with company policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Develops and implements guidance (which may include formal and informal training) to increase awareness of operational risk and control governance.

  • Participate in Crisis Event response coordination.

  • Assist with Crisis Event exercise planning.

  • Plan and manage Business and Technical Resiliency exercises.

Hiring Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)

• 5+ years of experience in related field.

• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

• Preferred- at least one certification relevant to specialty area is advanced (i.e. risk management, auditing) within 12 months of hire date.

Salary Range

$69,000.00 - $124,200.00
