We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Leader with a strong program management focus to lead initiatives aimed at increasing supplier capacity in support of our Gas Power volume expansion. This individual will play a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives to enhance our supply chain capabilities.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to increase supplier capacity, ensuring alignment with Gas Power's volume growth objectives.

• Program Management: Lead and manage multiple projects focused on supplier capability enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.

• Supplier Collaboration: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, facilitating open communication and mutual understanding of capacity goals and requirements.

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in supplier capacity expansion and develop mitigation strategies to ensure continuity and reliability in the supply chain.

• Performance Monitoring: Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor supplier performance and capacity improvements, providing regular updates to senior leadership.

• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of supplier capacity enhancements into the overall operational framework.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supplier processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

• 5-10 years’ experience in operations leadership or program management, preferably within the energy sector or a similar industry.

• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and supplier management best practices.

• Exceptional project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in project management and supply chain analytics.

• Strong Lean skills to support key value stream mapping.

• PMP or other project management certification.

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is $108,800.00 - $181,300.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for 15 % variable incentive compensation.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
