Pay range: $140,800 - $176,000 | Annual bonus
We are looking for a National Account Manager to join our Monomers team in the US.

As a National Account Manager for flexible polyurethane raw materials, you will manage a significant customer portfolio, oversee both tactical and strategic account management, and drive the implementation of growth strategies. You will also represent the company at industry associations and develop new sales/accounts for TDI precursors.
As a National Account Manager, you create chemistry by...
Managing a high revenue customer portfolio.
Owning tactical and strategic account management, including long-term relationship building and commercial agreements. This includes ensuring quality management at the customer level.
Developing new sales/accounts for isocyanate precursors.
Managing the flexible slabstock foam MDI growth strategy.
Representing the company at industry associations including the Polyurethane Foam Association and the Center for Polyurethane Industry.
Managing customer railcar turnover to maximize fleet efficiency.
If you...
Have a bachelor's degree with 15+ years of sales/account manager experience in an upstream commodity or downstream polymers (extensive related experience in lieu of a degree could be considered).
Possess knowledge of the polyurethane market (Systems, TPU, or raw materials) or chemical market will be highly valued.
Have proven ability to successfully negotiate large revenue contracts.
Are passionate about customer relations and have a strong track record of excelling in a customer-focused team environment
Are proficient with digital tools such as PowerBI, Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
Are able and willing to travel 50% of the time

Pay transparency
BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive pay range for this role is $140,800 - $176,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
