Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a proactive Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Reno, Nevada. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for checking and recording parts numbers in our maintenance shop and maintaining an accurate inventory count.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and record parts numbers that are present in the maintenance shop

• Efficiently enter data into the computer system

• Maintain a precise count of parts and update inventory records accordingly

• Write accurate and comprehensive parts descriptions

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize files and perform calculations

• Provide customer service and handle email correspondence

• Use 10 Key Skills to swiftly enter data and track inventory

• Perform scanning and typing tasks as needed. Requirements • The applicant must have at least 1 year of detail oriented experience as a Data Entry Clerk

• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is required

• Strong customer service skills are essential

• Experience in data entry is necessary

• Must be adept at email correspondence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is necessary

• Organizing files effectively is a key requirement

• The ability to perform calculations accurately and swiftly is needed

• Experience with scanning is necessary

• Typing skills must be strong and efficient

• The ability to track inventory effectively is required
