SUMMARY:

ThePastry Cookis responsible for helping prepare quality restaurant desserts. Ability to make and follow detailed recipes a must, checking daily production schedules and pars, establishing priority items for the day and being part of a team. This person should be able to work in a high-volume environment in a team-oriented environment.

MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications:

• Pastry/culinary background a must.
• Experience in high volume pastry productionwhether Hotel/Casino, Restaurant or Bakery.
• Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.
• Flexible work schedule when needed.
• Be able to plan and prepare for restaurant, multiple outlet production, catering, amenities and special events.
• Ability and willingness to create and develop new or seasonal menu ideas as a team member.
• A fun attitude a must.
