Job Description

A large pharmaceutical client is looking for Document Automation Engineer to join the team in Rensselaer, NY. This person will support the organization by supporting the Process Sciences teams' lab purification process. This persons day to day will involve automating several documents to connect multiple pieces of software to the companies internal Laboratory Management Software using their statistical software, JMP and then Python. This resource will work with the team of several SME's to connect these systems to create free flow of information across all platforms. This team automates around 15 documents throughout a calendar year each being roughly 600 pages. This person will take the data from the departments the Process Sciences' team executes to create templated reports. This work is fast paced and strong attention to detail is necessary.

Skills and Requirements

BS in Chemical Engineering, Microbiology or Computer Science

2+ years of hands on experience automating documents

Proficient within Microsoft Office

Proficient in coding with Python to generate large word documents

Comes from Pharma Experience working within a GmP environment

Proficient with JMP Statistical Tool null
