Insight Global Raw Materials Tech - Shift 2 in Rensselaer, New York

Job Description

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 Management of Inventory within clean rooms (Process Areas) per approved standing per approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) and in accordance with production schedules.

 Conduct searches for expired raw materials.

 Perform full area inventory counts.

 Stock and organize raw materials.

 Order raw materials as needed.

 Debox raw materials received from the warehouse.

 Wipe down raw materials before entering clean spaces.

 Adhere to gowning protocols for clean room entry, including wearing a jumpsuit, hood, shoe covers, gloves, hairnet, and facemask.

 Following current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs).

o Technicians will be expected to document the performed tasks accurately and per the approved procedure. All documents are subject to review by regulatory agencies and therefore must be maintained appropriately.

 Performing unit operations in a timely manner to meet production schedules.

 Flexibility and continuous support must be always provided to assist 24/7 manufacturing operations.

 Follows current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs) including proper documentation of training.

 Ensures all tasks are performed in a manner consistent with safety standards.

 Flexibility to work according to the production schedule, as required.

 Understand and adhere to strict clean room microbial controls.

Skills and Requirements

Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, along with some relevant work experience.

 Demonstrated ability to work well with general direction and information

 Effective verbal and written communication skills

 Basic computer knowledge with Microsoft office suite

 Requires the ability to manipulate and maneuver material greater than 50 pounds abd standing for long periods of time

 Adherence to strict gowning protocols, including wearing a jumpsuit, hood, shoe covers, gloves, hairnet, and facemask, is required. Experience working/supporting a regulated manufacturing clean room. null
