Description This is a remote role that may become hybrid. We are focusing our efforts on candidates located in WA, OR and CA. The Data Engineer I designs and builds modern data-centric software applications to support clinical and operational processes across all parts of the healthcare system. These applications leverage cloud computing, big data, data science, and modern software development methodologies and frameworks. Builds data pipelines and transformations, data enrichment processes, provisioning layers, and user interfaces to meet the requirements of key initiatives. Enjoys a fast pace and has a focus on regular delivery. Seeks simple solutions to complex problems through the use of modern and emerging methods and tools. Emphasizes sharing and enables collaboration with meticulous source control and documentation. Works closely with the Product, Platform, and Architecture teams to deliver on joint efforts. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent educ/experience 1 year related experience; 1-3 years preferred.
