Job Description:

Simply Great Staffing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PT HR Assistant for a long-term temporary role in Renton, WA. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Workforce ADP NOW and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations
• Audit time records and send messages to get missing punches
• Run weekly reports
• Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding
• Help with new hires and associated paperwork, terminations, etc.
• Go through resumes and assist with recruiting
• Handle employee inquiries and provide timely responses
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Workforce ADP NOW
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous HR experience is required
