We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager for Midwest Region to join our Agricultural Solutions team. You can either be based in the Midwest region of the US or in Research Triangle Park, NC in our US Headquarters.

As a Field Marketing Manager for the Midwest Region, you will lead the marketing strategy for one of our four U.S. sales regions. You will be the lynchpin for both planning and in-season demand creation activities in the region by collaborating with: 1. Marketing (e.g., Crop Leads, Product Managers, Campaign Managers), 2. ComEx (e.g., CX Engagement Manager and VOC Manager), 3. Sales (Regional Director, District Managers, Area Managers, Business Reps, and ASAs), and 4. Communications & Industry Relations (e.g., Marcom Managers and Website and Portal Content Lead) leadership and team members. You will be partnering closely with a Business Operations Regional Analyst, who will provide relevant insights and analytics to support your efforts.

Serving as the primary marketing contact for internal and external stakeholders in your core region while maintaining a consistent rhythm for the sales team across regions (e.g., by playing a leading role in business reviews at all levels, rolling out training sessions, gathering feedback on tools, etc.).
Acting as the “voice of the region” back to the marketing team (e.g., providing input from the field on competitive dynamics, customer responses, etc.) and other commercial stakeholders.
Leading strategic marketing and customer experience input in the sales planning process, as well as developing customer presentations and sales messaging for your core region.
Leading an in-season demand creation squad for your region to identify and execute region-specific campaigns, customer experiences, and key tactics by defining target audiences and developing appropriate messaging for strategic customers and brands.
Overseeing the analysis, implementation, and execution of competitive response tactics, customer business plans, and geographic-specific offers.
If you...
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Agricultural, Business or related area. MBA preferred.
Possess 5+ years of experience in leading sales, marketing, and/or customer experience teams in agricultural inputs.
Demonstrate the ability to lead and think strategically, providing marketing direction to the Sales Team, Sales Leadership, and all other commercial functions for your region.
Exhibit the ability to motivate the sales force and distributors, keeping them informed about products, product performance, and our go-to-market strategy for key crop systems.
Bring experience in project management, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and working across organizational boundaries to build alignment and drive closure.
Excel in navigating matrixed environments, demonstrating the ability to get things done in large organizations through influence by leveraging extensive interpersonal and cross-group/function collaboration skills.
Utilize excellent Microsoft Office skills (particularly in PowerPoint and Excel) to create presentations and lead in-season demand creation for your region.
