This aligns with BASF's objective to become the most customer-centric agricultural pure-play company. • Performing discovery, design, and delivery of CX projects aligned with corporate and/or brand business-specific objectives, working in collaboration with key stakeholders across businesses to scope and develop projects, leading specific workstreams (often emerging from CX project discovery and design work) to implement changes to ways of working across North America.

  • Supporting the North American Voice of Customer (VOC) program and efforts through collaboration within the North American Customer Experience team and across the North American businesses.

  • Analyzing and synthesizing key insights from new and existing VOC efforts to help BASF's North American businesses solve specific business problems as well as highlight nascent opportunities for them, translating insights into actionable takeaways for business stakeholders.

  • Partnering with cross-functional colleagues across different North American businesses to drive tangible business impact through experience-driven initiatives.

If you...

  • Have a Bachelor's or Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, MS), ideally in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture).

  • Demonstrate a track record of standalone project management and execution (typically 3-5 years of experience), including directly leading business projects working with cross-functional, disparate teams and leading without authority / leading indirect teams; excellent influencing abilities; strong analytics background with the ability to story-tell using data, and ability to 'place oneself' in another's shoes; strong written and verbal communication skills including demonstrating tailored messaging based on audience; and familiarity with customer experience applications (e.g., customer feedback management software, customer relationship management software).

  • Have project management skills, indirect leadership and engagement in team collaboration.

  • Show a demonstrated track record of: work in customer experience; executing Voice of Customer feedback programs (e.g., NPS); workshop facilitation; qualitative customer research, including interviewing; and quantitative customer research studies or survey design/management.
