Front Desk Receptionist
Start Date: ASAP
5 days Onsite in Reston, VA
Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Duration: 12 months
$22-24/hr depending on experience
Job Description:
Welcomes employees, candidates, clients, partners, and other guests as a positive first point of contact to our Seattle office
Awareness of site events, executive leadership, schedule and external visitors.
Assisting with vendor screening.
Assist with real estate and WX initiatives and projects.
Process all deliveries to and from the office.
Manage office supply inventory and stocking supplies; placing orders and maintaining an organized backstock throughout the entire office
Provide support to real estate, facilities and WX onsite team as needed
Assist with coordination and support for all site events
Assisting with the parking management, passes and validation
Troubleshooting and use of technology including; badging, Envoy, Zoom, Coda, Ticketing system
Knowledgeable of local restaurants, venues, and social hubs; assist in booking executive conference rooms, transportation, meals, and outings as needed
Owns day-to-day reception cleanliness–takes pride in maintaining a high standard in our environment particularly front desk reception
Consistently thinks of ways to improve the office environment – Employee Experience is paramount.
Oversee badging, guest checking in / checking out process
Checking spaces for items needing attention; generating tickets to appropriate departments.
Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Ability to lead projects with little supervision
Very detail oriented and extremely organized
Must be flexible and able to quickly react to last minute changes
Excellent interpersonal skills
