Description

Titan Technologies is seeking a Proposal Management Specialist with strong organizational skills to support Titan’s Proposal Team with a variety of tasks in support of the Proposal Development process. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in the areas of team coordination and organization, document preparation, content writing/editing, administrative support, research, and use of Microsoft Office products to include Microsoft Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel. The Strategic Capture and Proposal Operations organization has responsibility for managing all Capture and Proposal Development aspects of Titan’s bid process from initial Capture through Contract Award. This position is remote but candidate needs to reside in the Eastern Time Zone.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review Government-issued solicitation documents (Final and Draft RFPs, RFIs, etc.) to identify potential concerns/challenges that may require follow-up questions to the customer.

  • Assist with preparing and maintaining the Proposal Management Plan.

  • Assist with the development of standard proposal artifacts and the preparation of Color Team review documents.

  • Assist with scheduling daily tag-ups, reviews, and solutioning sessions.

  • Work with SharePoint Manager to establish file structure, participant permissions, and access to the proposal areas and competition-sensitive or proprietary materials.

  • Facilitate graphics requests between section/volume leads and the graphic designer.

  • Assist with identifying reuse material for writers.

  • Collaborate with Contracts and Subcontracts on proposal contract requirements.

  • Assist Proposal Manager with the development of proposal review plans, final production cycles, and resource requirements.

Required qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience performing relevant work.

  • Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team.

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to raise issues and identify solutions.

  • Willingness to contribute ideas to the team’s ongoing dialogue.

  • Excellent reading, writing, and editing experience.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products, specifically SharePoint, Word PowerPoint, and Excel, in addition to Adobe Acrobat.

  • Desire and willingness to learn new skills, enhance existing skills, and be part of a team passionate about winning.

  • Some experience with Editing and Desktop Publishing

  • Knowledge of Proposal Writing and Management Industry Standards (Shipley preferred).

  • F amiliarity with Public Sector procurement processes and compliance requirements.

  • Some experience with formatting documents/Desktop publishing

  • Prior Proposal Coordinator Experience

  • Knowledge of the Technology industry

    Desired Qualifications:
