JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage multiple calendars and timelines to ensure a smooth and efficient project completion
Schedule cross functional meetings for the campaign team
Create, capture, and publish clear agendas, recaps, campaign decks as assigned
Track and document action items for accurate deliverables
Refine, improve, and scale marketing processes to enhance speed and quality of delivery, standardizing processes for cross-discipline and cross-functional collaboration
Coordinate and help maintain Seasonal and Thematic Calendars and Project Plans to ensure organizational awareness and alignment
Regularly attend and participate in process meetings
Leverage on-going learnings to evolve process efficiency for Marketing and Cross-Functional partners
Collaborate with Marketing partners to prioritize work, manage key projects and resolve timing or workload concerns
Support department leadership with special projects as required
Background on the Team:
This position falls under our Marketing Department, especially on the Marketing Operations team. We work very closely with Creative, Merchants and Business operations.
What would a typical day look like in this role as far as workload?
Assisting the Campaign Specialist with managing timelines, calendars, distributing agendas/notes, routing campaign cross functionally for review, processing projects in Workfront, building campaign decks
