Opportunity

Basic Function

Under the direct supervision of the Human Resource Manager, is responsible for the development and implementation of Human Resources processes in the Plant, and at the same time assist in the same way for the whole operation.

Responsabilities

• Implementation and follow up of all Kohler policies regarding Human Resources. Assisting the internal customer on his needs, considering the corporate human resources policies.

• Serve as a link between the human resources organization and the workforce, becoming a representative of the company and at the same time an employee advocate.

• Implement recognition and reward programs to continue to work on becoming the employer of choice and at the same time work on retention tools.

• Measure the work environment to prevent problems among our workforce and between the workers and their supervisors.

• Prepare and collect information to understand, analyze and solve HR related problems.

• Participate in the solution of everyday HR related problems in the plant.

• Coordinate and/or support sport events, integration events, services for personnel, transportation service, and other activities related to associates.

• Create and maintain a respectful relationship with the union representatives

• Comply with the Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities established for this position

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION: Preference Bachelor´s degree.

EXPERIENCE: Preference 4 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically in a manufacturing operation.

FORMATION: Preference working Knowledge of Microsoft Windows based software applications. Bilingual skills preferred.
