About the role

The Production Leader Supervisor is in charge of ensuring that the operation is meeting the expected quality and safety objectives by working with the Supervisors who report to him/her.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize resources and machines in collaboration with the Production Manager and the team.

• Ensures compliance with KPIs and production plan for the different shifts.

• Quality assurance to maintaining a high level of quality and reporting in case of deviations of deviations.

• Ensures compliance with all standards and policies as specified.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer or related careers.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in similar position.

• Experience in material planning and maintenance plans.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs and SAP.

• Fluent in oral and written English.

• Availability to work on-site.
