Our client in Rhinebeck, NY is looking for a hardworking, motivated Maintenance worker to assist with seasonal tasks (snow removal/groundskeeping) plus regular facility maintenance duties. This is a full-time, temp to perm position Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm plus mandated over time for snow removal.

Job Title: Maintenance Worker

Location: Rhinebeck, NY

Pay Range: $19 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Days/Hours including breaks: M-F 8:00-4:30 w/ 30 min. unpaid lunch and OT required for snow removal.

• Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks in the interest of preserving a therapeutic clinical environment.

• Basic knowledge in plumbing, masonry, carpentry, and electrical work are preferred

• Able to lift 50lbs and be on their feet for the majority of their shift.

What’s Needed?

• NYS Driver's License: Must be able to operate Agency motor vehicles and possess a valid New York State Driver’s license with a driving history acceptable to the Agency (No DWI, points, or suspensions on MVR).

• Must be able to operate both powered and non-powered tools and ground maintenance equipment.

• Plumbing: repair flushometers, replace washers, copper sweating, leak repairs, correct plumbing stoppages, replace toilet and sink repairs.

• Must be able to work in all outdoor climate conditions

• Electrical: replace outlets and switches, install light fixtures.

• Experience: 1-2 years preferred.
