Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Learning, Development, and Talent to lead our organization's efforts in employee development and talent identification. This role will be responsible for driving the success of our learning and development programs, managing our talent pool, and ensuring alignment with our global learning and skills center of excellence (COE). This position will manage a team of L&D professionals, aligned to the Americas region (U.S., Canada, Caribbean), and have matrix reporting to the Global COE and the Head of Human Resources-Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development (L&D):

  • Learning & Skills needs analysis. Works closely with business leaders to understand and articulate priorities in upskilling, reskilling and competency development, that feed into the learning offerings and budget planning.

  • Skills focus: Champions focus on ongoing skills development and embedding a learning culture. Develops a deep understanding of business offering transformations and advises on actions to continuously develop the workforce in line with these changes.

  • Alignment with Global L&D COE: Ensures the alignment and adoption of global learning offerings and talent models in the areas of Leadership, Technology, Sales & Consulting, Employee Experience, and Talent.

  • Learning Offerings: Oversee multiple types of learning offerings: technical, partner, competency, skill-based – both digital and facilitator-led. Support on-demand learning requests. Assist in the collection, reporting, and advising on skills and certifications.

  • Manage learning budget: Oversee and manage regional learning budgets including budget reporting

  • Manage learning access: Oversees input and maintenance, reporting, and assignments within the current regional SuccessFactors LMS and supports the transition towards a global Success Factors LMS

  • Mandatory Training: Collaborate with internal partners to ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.

  • FNAI (Services and Consulting teams) Delivery Learning Budget: Source and administer high-quality training resources to support continuous competency development. Handle contract management with learning vendors.

  • Instructor-Led Training: Organize and deliver instructor-led training sessions in English and French, focusing on connection, culture, and leadership skills.

  • People Leadership: Manage a team of learning professionals, ensuring high quality development and execution, as well as team development and coordination with business customers.

Talent Management:

  • Talent Pool Identification: Identify and develop talent pools in collaboration with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs).

  • Succession Planning: Create and maintain succession plans for key roles within the organization in collaboration with HRBPs.

  • Global Talent Programs: Partner with the global Talent CoE on global talent activities and oversee the Americas’ region participation in global talent programs to ensure the development of high-potential employees.

  • Korn Ferry Feedback for Talent: Utilize Korn Ferry assessment feedback to drive talent development and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in learning and development and talent management

  • Prior management experience preferred

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and global partners.

  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS and other learning platforms.

Fujitsu salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $125,650 to $201,040 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.
