As an Operational Excellence Engineer in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. We are seeking an OpEx engineer with a can-do attitude that enjoys problem solving, data analysis, trending, and working across engineering disciplines to improve the flow and quality of engineering activities. You will be responsible for facilitating regular status meetings, analyzing trends, leading structured improvement efforts (A3's, FMEA's, process mapping, etc.), presenting results, sharing lessons learned, and interface with the global Framatome OpEx network. This position will have significant visibility and interactions with senior management throughout the Fuel Design engineering organization as you support ongoing operational activities and exciting first-of-a-kind transitions for our customers. Your Total Rewards Package The range of base salary for the position is between $81,000 - $105,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. F
